I will try to update some of my mods to 1.8a3, but do not know when they will be ready. I was in the middle of updating Playership Drones, but with 1.8a3 out, I will likely update PSD for 1.8a3 instead of maintaining 1.7 compatibility. There are so many things that can go wrong trying to install PSD...

It would be nice if energy weapon effects could (be able to) glow more. If I build a chain lightning weapon, I would like for it make things glow. If could draw better than I do now, I would consider portrait or face mugs in dockscreens. If conversing with an NPC, you see the portrait of that person...

Thermo or ion enhancers are what I would order if I want to power up the appropriate endgame weapon to 150%. Diamond field crystals for enhancing a Taikon-200 shield to 150%. I'm not for replacing the ares lighting cannon. Smaller agile ships that come in swarms shouldn't have instabeams. Actually, those small ships are the ones that will miss their target because they lack fire arcs and their accuracy is not perfect. The ones that will reliably hit and kill you are tho...

Reuploaded Drake Technologies Alpha to Xelerus. Features some significant changes to various items. Few launchers became ammoless, and the two older shield series were replaced by new shields. The update is meant mainly for 1.8 alphas, but it still uses API35 to make it playable in 1.7. The changes ...

Reuploaded Star Castle Arcade to Xelerus. Should work in 1.7 and 1.8 alphas. Fixes a bug that allowed the Star Castle to move. Star Castle playerships are now available for Vault of the Galaxy. Because of that, all of the added items now scale by system level. I may try to squeeze an update to Drake...

Just a quick note that I will try to update and upload a mod or two by this weekend while Xelerus is still up. In particular, Star Castle Arcade has a problem that needs to be fixed.
