A semi-related question: is it possible to make a weapon deliberately inaccurate? I want to make a CIWS system/aircraft cannon that spews out a lot of bullets but with noticeable shot spread.

These are the ships I made for the racing extension a while ago. The original topic sank so I put it here instead. All ships are in 120 facings with 150x150px frames. 3 ships are included, the Supervector, the Ship That I Cannot Think Of a Name For (STICTOANF) and The Ugliest Thing I Have Ever Made ...

If they get speech sets, would it be too much work to implement experience and veterancy as well? Also, is there an option to mass-refit a large squadron of planes? (Having to fit each plane individually is why I use M2s instead of M1s with strike craft in X3.)
