But you may not need to cheat. For one thing, it's difficult, if not impossible, to sell IDs, so you probably jettisoned it in a wreck, destroyed station, or container. Help! I apparently somehow accidentally sold my military ID
So it appears that I have somehow managed to sell or lose my military ID chip on accident. Is there any way to get it back? I'm 100% OK with cheating here. :) I just reached Sanctuary and am finding all sorts of cool weapons I should be able to use but can't. I've tried using the debug console, but ...

mpeg4system.dll is part of some sort of MPEG-4 SDK package. Maybe did you install FFmpeg ? In any case, I don't see why a MPEG-4 SDK should give such troubles with Transcendence.
