After I conquered enemy capital I got 2 MAIN capitals and the enemy didn't get a new capital:

If the enemy doesn't have any sector capitals, it appears that some other world (jumpyards?) will be picked to be the new capital; I'm not sure how this can be predicted. I have never seen that. In some cases taking an empire's capital might destroy the empire entirely, without any worlds defecting...

I have noticed that my fleets decay too, but other player's fleet orbiting my planet doesn't decay. Why? It does, through. Or may be not?

My ground forces are dying out

There is no civil war or rebellion on my planet, but my ground forces are dying out. Why? I don't think that one game year (one real-life day) is enough for 10% of ground forces to age and die. And I lost 40% of my ground forces that way. Why are they dying?
