Re: Automatically importing in-game items/ship/etc into the
Well, sweet Mother Teresa on a hood of a Mercedes-Benz... I didn't know you guys have it so rough out there. I do sincerely apologise if you found my jokes and sarcasm inappropriate, but I just... I can't even... I can't even comprehend the low speeds you are having. As if this whole forum is stuck ...

Re: Automatically importing in-game items/ship/etc into the
This is needlessly rude. I'm sorry, I didn't want it to sound that much rude at all... Can't you take a joke? Aside from that, I just don't see how it's that hard to load a single page from wikia. Sure, maybe those image-intensive pages could pose a noticeable problem, but even in that case I don't...

Re: Automatically importing in-game items/ship/etc into the
Also, one more thing. A thing so important it needs a seperate post... Not really. I'd very much like to start working on and hopefully finish the wiki on what we have right now before George starts rolling out Part II. Then we'll probably have a whole ton of new content to extract, parse and add an...

Re: Automatically importing in-game items/ship/etc into the
There's not much point in showing other currencies. All items have a value in credits and all currencies have a fixed ratio to credits. 5 credits = 1 rin. Didn't know that. From where would we obtain the "Used by" information? I guess the "Used by" would be gathered from a ship's starting configura...

Re: Automatically importing in-game items/ship/etc into the
This is an example of a compact table layout that I had in mind for the wiki. The main problem about it would be to convert its design into a reliable mediawiki format. Other than that, it lists everything it should and I think it looks rather okay and eye pleasing. Of course, using a two column wid...

Re: Automatically importing in-game items/ship/etc into the
Yes, thanks. Perhaps I'll be doing some game recording just to get an approximate range on some weapons...
Now that I think about it, do you perhaps know the minimap scale? For those long range projectiles, of course.
Is there even an easier way to do this?

Re: Automatically importing in-game items/ship/etc into the
Images are what I'd be most interested in figuring out. There would be no problem in using updated weapon images from CC/EP, right? And is there a possibility to extract images from other files inside Trans.tdb? (Since it looks like not all of them got decompiled, at least for me). Do we want the e...

Re: Automatically importing in-game items/ship/etc into the
Looks like some of the dll-s on my laptop got corrupted and somehow I lost a few admin privileges so I can't run half of my programs, including all of my photo and graphic design software. The only thing working right now for me is Paint! Moving on... I do have a basic idea on what info should be th...

Re: Automatically importing in-game items/ship/etc into the
THANK YOU, PIXELFCK! Actually, During the IRC day, we asked George if he could create something like that, but since he's busy with everything else, we're basically stuck with TransData, so hearing this is a major relief and will certainly help speed things up. Currently Ttech and I will be working ...

Re: IRC Day May 2015!
I'm sure somebody mentioned creating a chatlog... Also, the admins should be able to see the whole chat history at any time. I made a word document of the whole thing just in case. I could upload it somewhere and share the link if necessary.

Osaka Playership black background visible.
Looks like the mask for the Osaka Playership (v1.0.3.0) isn't loading. The black background in the ship selection screen is still visible. I was told by digdug on the IRC that it should have been fixed already. Edit: Thanks to Laptop_Wolf who pointed out that it's the new rendering engine that's cau...

Then check the decompile.txt. If it's empty or displays an error, try running the .bat as an Administrator.

Re: A couple of questions...
Create a new blank text document in the same folder where Transcendence.tdb and TransData are and paste this into it: TransData.exe /decompile > decompile.txt Now save it as a .bat file and you should be able to run it by double clicking on it. Afterwards, there should be a new folder created named ...
