I think targeting program is rarer because we now have trading program added to the item pool and diluting it. My last game only had a single ROM at St. K's. That was what I did eventually (with +75% dual turbolaser), but I still took a ton of damage. Its offense is overwhelming, more than the Slicer itself, though nowhere near as durable. Only did a quick godmod test, but the Minotaur is the beast as I expected. I plan to beeline for the Minotaur as soon as I can when I play a new game. For now, though, I am rushing on updating few of my mods.

Huge update to Drake Technologies uploaded to Xelerus. It is compatible only with the 1.8 alphas, and will not work in 1.7. Many of the items in part 1 have been changed, plus some new stuff. Part 2 should be functional, plus feature new content.

The six Britannias launched by a CSC will reload when they gate back into their CSC. I do not think that applies to generic stations guards, and it certainly does not apply to your escorts.

Wind Slaver having front and back segments should be fine.

Classic drones are not that slow, with .20c and can spin on a dime, and some are very tanky if you have few and/or bad weapons. Is engine upgrade to be assumed?
