How will you balance the Shield then? (I made this in part because of Gundam 00, and in part because when they say Luminous Particle shield, I mean a shield MADE out of particles).

For Dynamic Systems, I want the sovereigns to do two things: 1. Build stations 2. Send attack fleets I want to know what the community thinks on how the Transcendence economy works.
