To be honest, most users don't really lurk around these forums. The last thread that has recent activity in 'Community Talk' was in 2012. I would suggest putting it in Commonwealth or another forum where more people actually check.

Raptor: Call of the Shadows has been the Mod of the Month on xelerus for over a year now. Even the banner is stuck in February. Given that the curator (bimbel, I think?) of xelerus is no longer an active participant in the Transcendence community, is there anyway to fix this bug?

A couple other suggestions:
Add turret hard points for PSD.
Give the mother ship 36 armor plates (titanium barricades)
Give the mother ship a turbolaser.
