Just finished the game. Wasn't pretty but I made it. If I went back and did it all again I'd definitely avoid some of the foul-ups I had this time through. Combat power for the playership varies by reactor power alone. Immunity to mugging requires a reactor of 300 MW or higher. Teratons buy shields only if the shield has the Alien tag.
