My current idea is an experience system: The more ore you extract, the more experience you get and the easier it gets to find ore. Eg. a bonus to scanners, mining laser, etc ... I recently found that 1.08b might produce defective savegames: Ticket 811

I dont know if this is related to ticket 778 - if its an issue with scripting and "ship AIs".

Consider the fact that uranium is a fission material not a fusion material, but in Transcendence it can be used to refuel fusion reactors. Thats one thing Im wondering about ... So - at least in Transcendence (nuclear) fission and fusion reactors must share at least some design elements which allow...

I just noticed that these uranium fuel rods get used up even when the ship does not consume any energy. In my case Im sitting right above a star waiting for my solar panel to refuel the ships reactor (thats why my games usually take days and weeks :D ) and those rods get used up producing radioactiv...

Thats a more general issue: In my opinion and backup up by my experience with playing Transcendence each ship needs at least: at least 3 weapon slots - 2 main weapons of different damage type and an omni weapon. You still need to choose between a launcher and a mining weapon however... device slots:...

Probably a typo: In CommonwealthMilitia.xml lines 1526 to 1544 the code handles promotions to Lieutenant, Major and Colonel. The comments in that block talk about apprentice, journeyman and master.

Also commonwealth militia missions are not counted correctly:

I completed exactly one in St. Katherines, but that shows up as "0" in the highscores.
