Yep, Luminous drones are the only enemies (except the commandship of course) you cannnot defeat only with omni-ion or IM90. In ver0.98c, I noticed the number for 'maneuver' for each player ship is now 2/3 of before, and any number less than 2 doesn't seem to work. When the ship is rotating, the DK10 Arbalest very frequently fires 4 or even 5 shells in a row instead of 3 on the description. And very probably other 'repeating' weapons go like this too.
