Alright, thanks. Only other explanation is updating to 1.07a. Sorry for misattributing a bug.

Looking forward to the new version of WE when it arrives. Thanks for putting in such a ridiculous amount of work.

The Corsairs? Cause I played all the way to Heretic a couple times before installing WE4, and this is the first time this has happened to me. Ah! Of course, sorry about that. I guess I'm still getting used to playing the mid-late game without omni array lancers in the launcher slot... damn Luminous, they used to be a pushover.

I ended up starting a new game; managed to get hold of a Bushido Hard X-Ray Laser + Collimator and a Single Particle Lancer in Rigel. Especially that last one really did a number on those Corsairs (2 hit kills on shielded), but if I hadn't found that one specific weapon, I would've run into the same...

Agreed. I'm habitually firing two weapons simultaneously now, and it eats up my fuel nicely. I am loving the non-missile launcher weapons and the dual/array versions. The omni array lancer seems overpowered, though. Enemies that I would normally have severe trouble defeating dropped like flies. Does give the game that nice arcadey feeling, but maybe it'd be better if the launcher-slot weapo...
