[CC][Minor] Item icon nitpick

Lanthanum glass has the medical supplies icon when it isn't actually medically related. If the icon didn't have a cross on the side it wouldn't be an issue, but as is it looks a touch odd.

I think I kinda like this- presumably stations have manufacturing facilities that you can't match with a small vessel in mid flight. The otherwise impossible items should also have a suitably excessive price tag, though.

Capital ships are harder because they got internal damage now. At the moment things work as they work at the moment. In future versions anything could change. But what I was saying is that despite the symptoms being the same, the underlying causes are different: The Taikon IM90 isn't installed by Taikon because the code that says Taikon can install Taikon stuff...

My initial thought had been that enemies shouldn't have something so ludicrously overpowered. On further consideration, I am forced to conclude that, in actual fact, players shouldn't have something so ludicrously overpowered.

But, until it gets rebalanced, I'm off to gleefully nuke something.
