For a ship with 120 facings, RotationAccel should not exceed 4.5. Otherwise, it gets hard to not skip frames even with light taps.
Last night, I re-rendered the Hornet to 120 facings and gave it 18 max and 4.5 accel. (6 accel is too fast for 120 facings.) Freyr should match Wolfen. Constellation should have slightly better max, say 6, (or keep 4.5 rotation max, but give it some advantage over the EI500) because it is an otherwise inferior ship to the EI500 (cargo bay locked, can't get more than 100 ton capacity). Manticore should get max of 9 like NPCs. If not, then 7.5 or no less than 6.
