I didn't have to answer on the second login, but for the books...
As I recall from my schooling, english is a noun, and should be capitalized as English.
Though I and many others may understand this, I can see that others may not, because of the obvious.
They are not native.
Just to say, this actually detracts humans, not bots, as most would like to detour.
I can say it is hard enough learning another language, being born American. Even the forum software puts a squiggly line under american if you don't properly capitalize.
Reminds me of Python. which Is a GoOd ThINg.
It teaches you to properly errr.capitalize and indent.
But this type of behavior is not needed for general users.
