Awesome George!! but are there any more games that provide post heretic journey? I'm getting sick of killing the iocrym all the time now.... :mrgreen:

Short answer: Not yet.
Part II will come out in ~5 years or something :/
However, you *can* use Uncharted and The Network to make it interesting getting there ;)
WE also adds more weapons, and Dynamic Systems increases the difficulty a *lot*.

yea cool thanks i just thought it has been released but i'm unaware of it....

1.2 alpha is great so far, just a couple possible bugs. CSC America spawned in 3 different systems, one system (Orthus) had two identical stations (Kendall Station) on each side of the entry gate, and there were no tinkers at all (there's usually a couple). Playing vanilla with no mods.

Oh - how can I get into bugtrac to post these?

Hi callsignthumper, all you have to do is register. There's this thing where the admins aren't getting account activation emails right now, so can you post the nick you registered here and I can get an admin to activate you personally.

Also: I got CSC America spawning in the same system, twice. I had mods, but I wanted to bring it up now that I know I'm not alone.

Good news. Especially some method to keep track of multiple mission is what I was missing for a long time.

Does this finally mean there will be a difficulty setting? I have an idea. You could have base values for damage, health, etc, and difficulty settings adjust those stats. Say, a hard difficulty setting would make enemies do, ex: 150% more damage, and have 150% more health. This means mods would be compatible, and you could scale the stats down for an easier difficulty.

Since health is dependent on your currently installed Armor/shield and your damage is dependent on installed weapons (the same for enemies)
Such a "setting" is implausible.
What you could do is overwrite every single enemy to give them better armor/shields OR overwrite every single armor/shield item ingame to make them more expensive and thereby harder for the player to obtain.

Or you could just play with difficulty increasing, gameplay enhancing mods such as This or Weapons Extended (which gives better/more weapons to enemies).

Ever since 1.1 the projectiles of katana star cannons appear above ships instead of under like before, it looks particularly ugly on britannia's and CSC terra, is this a bug or intended?

Maybe we could add space stations that allow you to buy new ships? I don't have nearly the ability to make this... but if someone sees this and does, could you please give me credit for the idea?
