1.6.1 Released

I've done a quick update with a couple of minor bug fixes:

1. I've added some crash-protection to the music engine (because in some cases the system crashes due to incompatibility).
2. I've added a new Settings.xml option to control scaling:

<Option name="maxResolution"	value="1200"/>
This means that if your (vertical) resolution is greater than 1200 pixels, we'll scale the screen (downsample) to 1200 vertical pixels. You can change this to any value you want (higher or lower) to adjust the resolution (but it won't go higher than your screen resolution, obviously). This should fix some of the problems with scaling in very high resolution screens.

The build will automatically upgrade if you have 1.6 installed. This build is NOT yet up on Steam, but it will be once I confirm that it's reasonably stable. Thanks and let me know how it works for you!

You're able to fuel Nova-15 reactors with He3 assemblies, which should only be used with Nova-50+ in this version.

Reach Li System : using the Osaka + CC : game has been longer to load since I hit Nebula systems ( figured it was just my computer ) : now hangs on Loading - think the game has destroyed my chance to reach the Core this time :(

Previous version is forced to update while online : perhaps that can change.
Previous version unable to complete loading of save file as well.

DeBug does not indicate problems : but the graphics quality goes up to 125 from 109 ....don't know why, it's the same dinosaur

The Nova-10 reactor also shares this problem. I went ahead and added this to the ministry.

hangs on loading ? you might want to send that savegame to George to have a look.

Why is it, that the Gaian processors still have the old image?

It had the new image when I was playing 1.6 RC2 but then it suddenly changed back. Even on the 1.6.1 update, the image remained the same.

Thanks for fixing this! The game used to freeze up and crash for me when I had the music on in 1.5, and it hasn't done that to me once since the update. The new graphics look great too!

Currency Buggy : and I don't mean the kind that goes forward - I just purchased 3K of product at a factory in STK and sold to the Hotel - I was REDUCED to 1K. THEN I tried again : ended up with 600 - tried again - I now have 300 ....I think I will go blow up the Hotel

1.6.1 : will not load - AGAIN

I think the system was Umi ? I just got a Phobos wreck to loot too

no mods used in game play.
