&itUnknownID; and &itUnknownHyperglyph; have no <Names />-elements defined, as a result, the standard (identified) name is used for the item, regardless of its identification status. (this is a really old bug, I remember that in my first playthrough, my black market identification chip suddenly became illegal, which I thought odd, but I never found the reason for it until now )
Interesting enough, the Cash Cards (&itCashCardBlue; &itCashCardGold; and &itCashCardPlatinum;) use the &itUnknownROM; instead of &itUnknownID; while the description of &itUnknownID; suggests otherwise.
(And may I politely suggest changing the level for the &itUknownID; to level 3? it is closer to the actual average)
Cheers,
