Well, the one that has the design of a shield generator I can't seem to find a place to install it. they don't have the technology. I'm talking about Ringer Shipyards and Black market stations...

it's a level 13, noone can install that, maybe hold on to it for part 2 when you encounter aliens that can install it.

BUT, part 2 should include reactors that are more than 1GW, so that shouldn't be a problem.
