If a ship has compartments, and capital ships generally do, devices installed in those compartments become damaged if the compartments are damaged.

If you do damage to a ship and see smoke coming out of it, you've damaged a compartment.

This is a reactor screenshot from Arkheias' Cabbage Corp mod. Excellent images IMO. No idea how they were done but the end result is top notch.

Maybe not as spectacular as 40 simultaneous shots destroying 40 gunships all at the same time but still really, really nice work.

Image changed from the Resources image at Arkheias' request. There's a couple of other colors in the resources pic, too.

I copied and pasted the lower half of the image over itself several times, shifting it down a few pixels each time. Then I manually corrected a few dozen pixels to make it all blend together well enough.

Also, please replace that picture with an actual in-game screenshot. Directly posting a graphics file from a mod is just incredibly lazy.
Cabbage Corp, the only mod with cabbages!

Please feel free to submit bug reports or issues related to the Cabbage Corp mod on the GitHub page, the forum thread, in a private message or even on the Xelerus page. Suggestions are fine too.

Note, each of the guns installed on the ship are individual items - the alternate/dual/quad firing is not achieved using a single item a la the Hanzo/Shuriken/dual laser cannon, but through each of the selected guns firing on their own.
