Stuck in Battle Arena 1.2 RC2 AGAIN! First encountered in 1.08fhttp://forums.kronosaur.com/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=5330. Will I see it in the new 1.2?

Does Kate spawn above the arena station or below it? Try saving and restarting. As the mission starts, leave Kate and go alone to the black market station. Destroy the Moltok and if Kate's struck even then, destroy the station. Yes, it took the risk all the way to two systems above st.kat's.
