I recently decided to start streaming and decided to start off with my favorite game that no one but me and 50 other people care about, Transcendence!
So, what do you guys think? If I did stream some T, would you watch or just pass on by?
Also, what mods should I use? It's been a while since I've played T, so I'm a bit out of practice when it comes to which mods to use.

I'd watch. As for mods, DySys creates rather interesting scenarios, if you don't mind the hordes of ships that spawn every time a station is blown up.
