Transcendence has been officially Greenlit by Valve:

Congrats!!! It'll be nice to watch what happens from here on out.
Take the time on the release. It's a good opportunity to try to get some attention from gaming press (although not as good as it was, since a LOT comes out on steam these days) and a good release will do wonders for the game.
Edit: I'm curious as to how DLC and the like is gonna be handled with the Steam launch, but I'm guessing that will be a thing to work out later. The trick (as is the case with the existence of paid content in the first place) is to avoid fragmentation of the community....but that's gonna happen anyway with Steam.

The only non - forum sites I've ever used to find games are Jayisgames and Tvtropes. If the former can be reached, by all means take the shot, and if anyone has an account on the latter our article could certainly use some more love, but aside from that a few Reddit posts(r/gamedev would be an excellent start, especially with a link to your guide on making ambitious games) would give the most bang for your buck. Of course, the outlets George has already been reported on from could use an update on the new milestone.
