Questions About Eternity Port

So I've been playing Eternity Port and I'm pretty sure I'm about 2/3rds through it, and I was wondering how complete the extension is.

I recall earlier someone told me that the Atlas story line wasn't finished, and in the Diarchy story line I was able to get to the mission where you defend the Nagato against other Asian-faction ships, however I haven't been able to get a continuation for that.

I had the latter issue too. Try to find a high - tier ED station or one of their stealth vessels. If none give you a mission, that's the bug doing its thing. I reported it a while back, so hopefully its either in progress or already fixed.
