Swivel slots only base targeting on proximity (1.2+CC)

Swivel slots (possibly guns as well, haven't tested) such as the one on the Freyr in CC will always aim their weapon towards the nearest target, even if it is outside the field of fire. This can make aiming difficult or impossible in close combat (if an enemy is right next to the player, even an enemy station, then the weapon will deflect to the side that enemy is on, making it hard to hit what you actually want to hit). A possible solution is to change weapons to only auto-target enemies that are in the arc of the weapon/slot, thus meaning that instead of targeting the closest enemy, they target the closest enemy within that cone. This would make it a little less good at attacking high-speed enemies, but much better at not being confused by enemies that it cannot possibly hit.
