Function request: UISetMusicFolder

This is a very belated request regarding this:

I was looking at how to make <list> work properly because Star Genesis and upgrading dockscreens are horrible to code and I remembered I made Neuros Media Player. I was pretty surprised at the fact that:
A. it still worked
B. I repressed a lot of memories from making the mod. I don't even remember how I made it or how anything works in the mod, but if it works it works....

tl:dr;
I want a function that allows the player to set the music folder in-game. This spawn a popup that allows players to choose a folder for Transcendence to look for music.

Proposed syntax:
(UISetMusicFolder) => Location of the folder

This would mean that I could finally finish Neuros Media Player and make it an actual player :3

On the other hand, even if there was a music overhaul later in the future it would still help players choose the folder they wanted to look for music in instead of defining it manually through the settings.
