XMH armor requires level 9 tech to repair, but any station with armor repair services can repair it since it is treated as its actual level of 2. Similarly, neutronium armor has a repair level of 21, but high-end stations like Taikon and Ringers can repair it because they see level 11 instead.
Perhaps line 211 in RPGArmorDockScreens.xml is the culprit? (itmGetLevel ...) should be replaced by (armGetRepairTech ...)?
