When you die, the insurace company will resurect you if you bought their serverices. And they will take great, painstaking care to resurect your ship in mint condition, along with all of your possesions. Including...pteravores?! Yes, the insurance company goes out to a pteravore colony, teases a bunch of them out, captures them, and sticks them to your armor just so that your insurance claim will be complete. Owwwww. If you're had ~5 of them on you when you died, you'll be lucky to survive the next few seconds, in which you have to get rid of the pteravores on frendly ships/stations. Since the pteravore damage (or damage frequency) appears to be random, given 10 or so ressurects you *might* just be able to make it...

overlays need to be informed when a ship resurrects. Some overlays would need to stay on but some bad ones would need to go.
Crying is not a proper retort!

maybe a simple attribute and a check for it in the resurrection code would resolve the problem.
