(RC3) Armor descriptions

Advanced Ceralloy has the following descriptors
"Radiation-Vulnerable -- blind-, EMP-Immune"

and Heavy Ceralloy has the same problem
"blind-, EMP-Immune"

Neither of these armor segments have anything in the xml regarding blinding damage.


EDIT:
This also applies to sung armor: "blind-, EMP-resistant"
