I've been playing for a long time, and don't remember having this happen before:
I thought "f" and "t" only cycled through targets within the range of your LRS. Is this a bug, or was it changed and I missed it?

Sometimes if you cycle through enough, you get that. Most of the time it just says "Unknown Hostile" or "Unknown Friendly"

I noticed that and thought it was intentional (i.e., new feature). After all, if the player knows of a static target, why not let him select such known targets so he can bombard them with homing missiles from extremely long range.
