I just found someone who has apparently fallen asleep at the wheel (or joystick or whatever runs these ships) while they drift off backwards into interstellar space...

Update, found more info- when a freighter docks at Korolev's, its escorts' AI just shuts down so instead of stopping and waiting, it drifts off until the freighter leaves.
