[1.2rc1] (shpEnhanceItem obj item "+hpBonus:<xx>") adds 10%.

No matter what value I use, it always sets an unenhanced device's bonus to +10%. While I can use the old hexcode values (0x010#) from 10% to 150% in steps of ten, I am unable to set a bonus not divisible by 10 (e.g., +25%).

I have no problem using arbitrary values for other bonus types like speed.
