[New Mod] maneuvering thrusters

I've almost got an update ready.
I've added an afterburner, removed the ammo dependency, and added a graphic that will damage nearby objects.

I'll try making a misc device or something similar for use on NPC ships.

It turns out the missile avoidance thrusters were quite easy to make! It's simply an ICX that fires a virtual weapon that uses script rather than an acutal weapon to shove the ship out of harms way. It's not perfect, the device fires when a MISSILE is detected, not a beam (like the ICX) and moves the ship tangentially from the nearest active enemy, not the missile. But it's still fun. I haven't tested it on any NPC ships but should be easy to do, simply install the device on their ship!

The mod has been updated.
