[Mod] Playership Drones v2

Playership Drones v3 is almost done. It will be a four part/zip file release, due to all of the 40 facings ships and HUD graphics. Turns out that linkedFire and firearcs do not work in 1.06 (see ticket #681), so I will need to wait until 1.07 to add support for linked fire weapons.

A small, incomplete list of changes since v2:
* Added a low level ship builder item. It replaces the Hornet you can find at Arco's place.
* Added T31 to starter ship list. It has no shields, but it has autons you can use or sell for cash.
* EI500 always starts with regenerating nanos.
* Hornet gets a cargo hold expansion automatically installed for free after starting the game.
* Sapphire starts with more cash (2500+), and the Ronin has some enhancers it can use or sell.

Godmode v3 (WIP): Dev/cheat tool compatible with D&O parts 1 or 2.
