This is a mod that, as the name suggests, adds a "loot all" option to the loot dockscreen. It also adds a jettison all to dsJettison, and the cargo hold.

The loot all and jettison all don't do exactly what you might expect. They throw you to another dockscreen where you get to choose what is looted or jettisoned. Can you loot or jettison everything, sure (it won't jettison id's), but you can also: loot all undamaged, jettison x(a number) tons, or specify your own criteria, plus a few more.

on xelerus

no dockscreens are overwritten.

I want this to be as useful as possible to as many people as possible, so feedback is more than welcome. Does it need something? (I can only add so many filters) should something be removed? does something not work? as expected?

Is loot by value useful? it will grab items worth more than the specified value per ton. (in credits) I already converted the jettison by value to tons instead.

Oh finally, so much time will be saved not having to use those looting keys. ;)

What will happen if the loot don't fit in the cargo hold no more? I mean if I press the loot all command, will it not send an error message or somethin?
Or I'll be left to sort out the one's I can still actually get on board? I love looting.:?:

It will attempt to loot on a per item basis even if your hold is full (or mostly full). It will run through the list of items, starting with the most valuable for its weight, and loot what will fit. If an item won't fit it will skip it and look at the next until there are no more. It might only grab roms and a few missiles, or possibly nothing.

Currently that condition is a silent failure, but I have a few ideas.

....so if it's just mostly damaged goods on board, those are most likely be discarded right away? Oh this is cool! :)

I just uploaded an update.

If the hold is full it will let you know via text and an error beep.

You can now define two custom options for loot and jettison (old custom settings will be forgotten).

The help button in the custom screens lists the criteria.

The help only seems to go through once, but my ups reports 30 minutes of battery left so I can't fix it now.
