This a resource for modders. When creating a mod for Transcendence you often have to create new UNID for each mod and item. This UNID starts with the modders unique UNID followed by up to 4 hexadecimal digits.
This is a chart of all possible 4 digit hexadecimal numbers or numbers 1-65,535 in decimal. The allows you to mark each of your mod UNIDs so you don't end up with duplicates.
