RPC and I have been making some progress in sandbox, but we need some help. We need to expand several sovereigns, to work well in sandbox. We need to expand the Ringers, Ares, Ranx, and Sung, and some minor sovereigns as well. If anyone is interested in expanding some sovereigns, please post here which one/ones that you would like to expand. If you would like to help on another part, please either post it here or PM me or RPC. Thank you all.

And I want to see the Ares Redoubt! I've seen it a few versions back, but I didn't think it would persist to 1.06a... so... what is it?

Perhaps we could also expand the Teratons? This would be medium difficulty, I think. It would be nice to find out what exactly their experiments are working to develop. Maybe a new life form?

And I don't think all of them need to be expanded massively.
High priority would probably be:
Ringers
Ares
Sung

Ringers and Ares are two of 3 main sovereigns in Sandbox, Sung is going to be a minor empire, using guerilla tactics to build their strength.

For the Ringers, we'll only need to add ships and stations, right?
The Ares and Sung just need dockscreens, so I'll try to add dockscreens without overriding. Wish me luck!

Yeah, ringers need more stations (with new dockscreens) and ships would be good. Ares of course need dockscreens and new stations. (We also need to think about capitals)

Hornet: made by Earth Industries: I learned this making the EI station:they are sold to Anarchists.
I never seen them as anything else.
( but do have a nice one that flies in my "testing Ideas" folder: LightTharsisPlate makes it hold out a little longer without making them more annoying in the game.)

With just a MKII shield hornets are nearly invincible with anything but an omnidirectional weapon.

that should be a road block.
try *NU+Ares ( you get weapons and nukes)

Unless you explicitly make commonwealth attributed missiles ,etc , it will not be able to function. But that is supposing that you did not make such things.

(objAddSellOrder obj criteria priceAdj) -> True/Nil
(objAddBuyOrder obj criteria priceAdj) -> True/Nil
The only thing you can not add there is the `inventoryAdj` attribute. Not even sure what it does.

NOW I feel tiny:) I never saw such code before..must get out of the ship more often.
however: as I understood it so far : `inventoryAdj` marks up items called to the inventory: in the EI dealer I feared the player getting a tev9 too early in the game ( made by EI ), so I inventory adj it to be " OMG , RLY ?". it worked.

I am not entirely sure what you are suggesting. I think inventoryAdj modifies the amount of items the station will buy or sell, or it adjusts the amount of items available (don't think so though, that should go somewhere else). Probably, by setting the value to " OMG, RLY ?" you did the equivalent of setting it to 0 or nil. I am quite certain that is not a valid value.

I think a last ditch effort would be to just override stations and put all the Sandbox Overrides in an .xml or module and use the
extends attribute to keep it Sandbox-only.

Sandbox is an adventure, so if you overwrite and have it be a module, I can make it work only with sandbox, and it makes it much easier.
