[Teaser] Black Market Expansion

Hello,

In a few days I will release a new mod: Black Market Expansion.

This mod (an expanded version of Black Market Addition) aims on fleshing out the illegal part of the game. By now, all functionality has been written; I 'only' need to do some tweaking and test the whole thing.

A teaser of features you can expect:

• Skill based smuggling,
• vigilant Commonwealth Inspectors,
• two new Black Market missions,
• an updated Commonwealth justice system,
• a lot more.

All in all the mod turned out to be bigger than I expected:

• 13 new dockscreens,
• roughly 165k of brand new code,
• 33 modified core entities,
• several new and intersting items.
