If that's the case, here's my Blender scene setup. This contains a camera and light rigged to an empty mesh in the center. Rendering as an animation will output a series of 120 frames to c:/tmp (can be changed to another folder). You can either model your ship right in this scene or import it in afterward.

Working on a short mission arc involving a corporate passenger liner getting into some trouble - and also experimenting with some George-style hero shots.

The Rorqual is a Zubrin design, built to carry thrillseekers in dangerous sectors of space to see the universe beyond their backyard.

Very nice. I was thinking the other day about a ship to fill precisely that role.
