I try to build this Mod, but I'm new to mod. However, I'll try to build it.

I. Weapon

1. Corrosive Cannon (Cloud)
-Damage: 10 Hp
-Attack speed: 2 shots/sec
-Damage type: Dark Acid
-Effect to ship: Decay armor until 10 hp in 4 seconds. The damage will continue if cloud hit the ship again.
-Status: Illegal
-Level: 6
-WMD: 3
-Power Consumption: 35 MW
-Description: Loaded by very corrosive acid, this weapon is adjudged to be an illegal weapon in human space.

2. Electric Ram Cannon (Shield Buster)
-Damage: 10 Hp
-Attack speed: 4 shots/sec
-Damage type: Ion
-Status: Civilian
-Level: 4
-Power Consumption: 14 MW
-Description: This weapon very useful for damage energy field. But because it cannot damaging armor and have no other effect, this weapon unpopular among human space.

3. MG82 Turret Cannon (Omnidirectional)
-Damage: 4 hp
-Attack speed: 8 shots/sec
-Damage type: Kinetic
-Status: Civilian
-Level: 3
-Power Consumption: 9 MW
-Description: Inspired by MG42, an independent weapon designer created stable MG82. With omnidirectional turret, high attack speed and good punch. Make this weapon useful for defending ship.

4. X7 Blaster (Passthrough)
-Damage: 15 Hp
-Attack speed: 5 shots/sec
-Damage type: Particle
-Status: Military
-Level: 7
-Power Consumption: 50 MW
-Description: Creative weapon designer combine passthrough effect Katana Star Cannon and powerful TeV 9 Blaster, but need high fund to create this weapon make it rare to found.

5. Piranha Launcher
-Description: Unique but rare weapon created by Semesta Corp, launching eight tracking missile at once. Also, this weapon is multi target. Make this weapon very valuable.
-Attack speed: 2 shots/sec
-Status: Civilian
-Level: 4
-Power Consumption: 2 MW
-Missile:
a. Bitter Missile (Tracking)
=Damage: 7.5 Hp (X8)
=Damage type: Blast
=Level: 3
=WMD: 5
=Status: Civilian
=Description: Standard missile for Piranha launcher. More expensive than another missile, and very deadly if all missile hit one enemies.
b. Fragile Missile (Tracking) (Fragmentation)
=Damage: Fragmentation 7.5 Hp in radius 10 light seconds (X8)
=Damage type: Blast
=Level: 5
=WMD: 5
=Status: Civilian
=Description: Advanced version than Bitter, exploding fragmentation make this missile more dangerous.
c. Heat Missile (Tracking) (Radius)
=Damage: 20 Hp in radius 4 light seconds (X8)
=Damage type: Thermo
=Level: 7
=WMD: 8
=Status: Military
=Description: Last version of Piranha missile, can easily bringing down large ship and station.

II. Device

1. EMP Device
-Level: 4
-Status: Civilian
-Power Consumption: 20 MW
-Effect: Activate it will immobilizes nearby enemy ship in 25 ls and effect will disapear in 10 seconds
-Charging time: 30 seconds
-Description: Semesta Corp developed this device to defend their transporting ship from Pirate and Slaver.

III. Shield

1. Burst Energy Field Generator
-Hitpoints: 220 Hp
-Resistance: +45% Particle, +25% Blast, +30% Ion, +10% Thermo.
-Regeneration rate: 5 Hp/sec
-Level: 6
-Status: Military
-Power Consumption: 45 MW
-Effect: Exploding when shield down, damaging nearby unit within 10 ls with 50 damage.
-Description: Another creative production by independent designer, but safe status is questionable.

2. Paghar NT3 Deflector
-Hitpoints: 80 Hp
-Resistance: +45% Laser, +15% Kinetic, +30% Blast.
-Regeneration rate: 4 Hp/sec
-Level: 4
-Status: Civilian
-Power Consumption: 15 MW
-Description: Developed by Semesta Corp, this shield designed to protect starship from Pirate.

The Piranha Launcher sounds good and I like the idea of the EMP Device. Have a go at the mods and if you get stuck ask how to fix the problem in another post. Good luck.

Kamikaze - Class Suicide
A hostile fast small ship that spawn up to 4, carrying explosive cargo. Not attacking player but chase player, explode (Thermonuclear effect) when near player. Causing player suffered serious damage.
How to avoid it?
Just shoot it before it get too close to you.
