Set a condition if it gates out, spawn it in the next system if that condition has been set. There's no special 'appear in the next system if you gate into it' method/variable, unfortunately. Check the code that causes Stormhound's ship to spawn in the last Sisters mission, if you're not clear on how to do it.

It's a CSC mission, where the player must escort it to an adjacent system.

With the help of the Stormhound mission and the Tuali Coma Drug, the mission works now. Thanks!


Now it's time to fix up the starting ships. What would be good end-game equipment for the EI500, Sapphire and Wolfen? I rarely play the game through, so I'm not sure what people would be generally using.

The EI500 could get an IM90, the Sapphire could get a plasma cannon, and the Wolfen could get a positron lancer, all of which are level X, if that's what you're aiming for. Those match up fairly closely with the starter equipment, at least, and are the highest tier equipment available that isn't of alien origin. As for armor, there are only three level X choices on the wiki that aren't Ares - made, so you can sort them by weight and give the heaviest to the freighter and the lightest to the Sapphire. The only workable level X shield is the Taikon-200, which is what most players use as their final shield.

That sounds good, thank you. I might also give launchers to all the starting ships. Before having the opportunity to pilot the Aquila, missions are too difficult to complete without WMD weapons.

Update

-Scrapped the FFT system. Players will need to pay for fuel instead. (at 30% of the market price)
-Point Juno/Juventia missions are completed.
-CSC missions almost completed.
-Players can now choose to repair or upgrade their hull at dock services. (only if ship has interior hp)

Now that the majority of the missions are completed, and somewhat working, it's down to writing up the stories. (all of which I've left blank so far..) I think this will be the hardest part, especially in terms of lore.

On the wiki, it says that the Ares Sect relocated to Ares Prime. Is this the name of the mars-like world, the system, or just the name given to the area?

Also, do we know roughly when the Ranx broke-away from the Commonwealth?

Has everything you want and more. Coalition formed in 2276, and breakaway occurred between then and the early 2300's.

Finally, The Final Strike is completed!!!

I'm just playing it through quickly to eliminate any major bugs. So, it should be ready in a couple of days (...hopefully...) :D
