New kinds of damage

In my opinion,I think that the game has, enough damage types. (for now)
However, the second part will be in principle longer than the first one.
Since tht in athe first part are exploited six types of damage (laser, kinetic, particle, blast, ion and thermo), and that began to be explored four new types of damage (positron plasma, antimatter, dark acid).
I think it may be needed a few more types of damage.

Here are some ideas for types of damage that can be added if necessary:

Strange matter
Neutrino
Quantum
Dark energy
Time flux


What is your opinion?

Location: Hmm... I'm confused. Anybody have a starmap to the Core?

George will probably add more damagetypes as he starts to work on part II. I really do like the names of the new types, especially quantum. It would be nice to have a gun that shot the other ship into another dimension :D

nano is not a bad idea, it could be plausible to have that sort of damage in the universe. However dark * might not necessarily be accurate. Could you elaborate a bit?

i already did that didnt i, or was that transporting it to that weird system O.o

I think that 4 kinds of dark damages are little bad idea, one dark damage is enough :wink:

For example :

Here are two more types of damage:

quark–gluon plasma (QGP) :twisted:

In fact there could be far more weapons of dark matter, for example:
Dark Lightning: probably is beam of dark matter
Dark Fire: probably is a plasma made of dark matter
Dark Steel : I have absolutely no idea (for now) :?:



Anti-Dark Matter: The anti matter of the dark matter 8-)
Dark nanos : Nano machines made of dark matter :shock:
...

( Note: The Dark energy is not a form of dark matter :!: )

Well! I had no idea there were such things especially in Transcendence. But I suppose I probably should dive into the wiki once in a while more then I do. :)

Iocrym manipulators use Gravitron.

I do believe it was once Nano Armor (?) on the Luminous Drones ( ran them in the modern game and they got slaughtered : so obviously the AI is keeping up with the times )
