1. Why can't meteorsteel dust make other armors EMP and ionization immune when meteorsteel is immune to these?
2. Why can't meteorsteel dust make other armors laser/kinetic and/or particle/blast immune like the meteorsteel armor?
3. Why are those above not possible if the dust itself interferes strongly/heavily(that it shuts them down) on shields?
4. If monopole dusts make armors EMP immune, why can't a monopole deflector deflect EMP ion shots?
5. Why can't dyon and monopole dust be scrapped and just make meteorsteel dust more expensive and able to cover the above
mentioned capacities?
6. If regenerating nanos regenerate, why can't degenerating nanos degenerate as to actually continuously eat thru armor (like transuranic armor decay)?
7. Why can't patcher arms repair iocrym armor when armor repair kits and patch spiders can?

IIRC when you applied meteorsteel dust to armor its make the armor immune to laser/kinetic damage
4. If monopole dusts make armors EMP immune, why can't a monopole deflector deflect EMP ion shots?
monopole deflector is magnetic shield its designed to deflect matter damage
6. If regenerating nanos regenerate, why can't degenerating nanos degenerate as to actually continuously eat thru armor (like transuranic armor decay)?
What do you mean? the degenerating nanos DO degenerate armor(eats its hp until 0)

Alfino's right. However, if you already have an enhancement, the degenerating nanos will just remove the enhancement. It's a consequence of how enhancements and disadvantages work.

The answer to all of these is mostly "because balance."

Being able to get meteorsteel immunities on any armor would be too powerful.

The monopole deflector should be no more expected to act like monopole dust than a rock should be expected to act like sand. The bulk properties of individual objects versus aggregates are not necessarily the same.

Because meteorsteel dust places the no-shields property and making it impossible to get effect immunity with shields kills any shield using playstyle not built around the cyclotron and mammoth lines and the kaidun with heavy enhancement.

And degenerating nanos do degenerate, but bad barrels (degenerating nanos and meteorsteel dust) are also the method the game offers for removing enhancements.

The patcher arm has a deliberate level limit because otherwise you'd never have to replace it and absent an XP mechanic replacing equipment is the sole advancement method in Transcendence. Patch Spiders do repair higher level armor.

Now let's talk about Makayev & Rasiermesser:

1. Why doesn't Rasiermesser & Makayev manufacture energy weapons(besides Dvalins' experimental ion cannon)?
2. Why is Dvalin kinda obsessed about beating Hexphase armor technology?
3. Why don't they make specialized shields? All arms corps. make 'em right?
4. Makv Omsk armors claim adding shield power to their shield but:
Omsk I & II both increase exactly the same strength with light(25 hp per), medium(50hp per) & heavy Omsk armor(100 hp per) (if my observations were correct).

Be free to correct me(just be nice).

2. Dvalin Plate is simply compared to Hexphase just as Ceralloy is compared to Hexphase and Hexphase is compared to orthosteel
they are descriptive comparisons aimed towards the player who doesn't understand exactly how the Armor resistence and HP system works.

4. The Mark II Omsk generator has a higher level (so better absorbtion of damage curves) better regeneration, and a higher maximum HP. The mark II is clearly surperior.

on 2: i'm referring to Dvalin the chief scientist not the armor.

thanks. :)

If you are asking about lore, then it'll better to ask George directly, as the lore is incomplete.
