Make (shpSetController ...) accept a behaviour class

As far as I was able to gather from the XML-source files, a 'controller' is what is scripted as a behaviour-class, only hardcoded.
It would be so nice if (shpSetController ...) could assign a behaviour class to a ship that has already been created, as opposed to only newly created ships.
