Introduce an <ExtensionDesc ... /> element which allows us to give a description to an extension, handle some events and specify some static data. To show this description, the game engine should offer an nfo button next to each extension name (in the list where you select extension) which would open a screen (+background?) where a short bit of text explains what the user can expect from the extension.
In line with this, I would very much like some element specific to Libraries, which would allow me to specify <StaticData> and <Events> for the library. (Basically I'm looking for a <Settings>-element. I'm aware that I can mis-use a virtual station for this, but it feels wrong.)
