Enhancement station

[Betelgeuse]

With all the new enhancements in the game it would be cool to have a station that sold them with a large markup.
You could even make new enhancements such as
tracking for weapons
speed (not rof) of weapons
emp effects for weapons
shield bypassing (by percent) for weapons
absorbing a certain amount of damage for free for shields and armor
faster regen for shields
