Turbolasers also draw twice the power for a few percent more damage. I would always wait for a larger boost.

Not to mention that you are more likely to hit an enemy with a dual laser cannon than a turbolaser cannon, even if you are hitting for half damage, it's better than no damage.

And FWIW, I've never had to buy ammo for the NAMI missile launcher. It show up often enough in low level random loot, and it is a very useful force multiplier when facing tough enemies, such as the Uruk. And when you get to fighting Charon pirates, you'll have more free missiles than you could ever use.

I ALWAYS overload the Wolfen's reactor in Eridani fighting Centauri stations and their ships. Too much maneuvering, firing, and shields recharging all at once ( I am a horrible Wolfen pilot).

Turns off my shield just when I need them most. WARNING: Reactor Overload!!!!

I think that it's because the wolfen reactor is so completely underpowered. It's gear uses more power than the other ships, yet it has the smallest reactor. It doesn't really add up.

The Wulfen is still my favorite Ship, the Awesome equipment is the plus, the terrible cargo and reactor is the neg.

While I can understand the cargo (don't want it hauling tons of stuff), the absolutely HORRID starting reactor is totally bogus. The Wolfen, while it may be technically a civvie ship, is definitely of military design. It should at least have as good as the Sapphire for a starting reactor. Personally, I think that it should be 50/25/25 for freighter/sapphire/wolfen.
