I've never seen this before, and its a recent development too. Windows 8 Developer Preview is giving me this when I try to start the game.
Not sure how to solve it, I assume some keys or a publisher name. But I figured I'd let you know.
This does not prevent you from using the game, but you have to do More and "run anyway"
