Wasn't there supposed to be something preventing this sort of situation now?
Just to make things more interesting, the pirates now have a vendetta against the armoury, hence the ever growing cloud of trash

I think they're just far enough away for the game engine to let that happen :/

The Charon Pirate Fortress / strongholds : they have no enemy exclusion radius , Nor do the Armor dealers.
