1.2a1 Militia Rescue Missions even more annoying than usual

At present, there's no code to regulate where the freighter for a militia rescue mission will NOT turn up. This can result in the ship spawning right next to, for example, an Urak Fortress, resulting in an instant failure and loss of standing with the militia for no reason at all.

Possible solutions:

1. Use the enemy exclusion radius on stations to limit where distressed freighter spawn.
2. Make mission failure have a less severe "well, they were dead before you got there and you did your best" varient for when the ship dies before the player is able to get to them, so that this thing can still happen (it's actually more realistic and kinda neat. I'd imagine a freighter running into a fortress or citadel WOULD cry for help) but without the potentially severe penalty to the player (which is the real annoyance, players get yelled at because *the freighter* got themselves killed long before they even got to see it)

Edit: The alternative explanation is that the ships are spawning very close, and then pathing right through the middle of them. This is still a bug that could be corrected, since escaping from danger by going right into a fortress isn't the BEST survival strategy out there. Obviously it is very hard to determine what's going on, what with freighter death occuring while the player is still a long distance away.
